Berlin, July 7, 2025 – Berlin-based AI startup FemAI announces the formation of its first Advisory Council.
The council brings together expertise in AI product development, tech scaling, investor relations, capital strategy, data protection, brand building, and sales excellence – and will support FemAI in establishing its certification platform DORIS as the European infrastructure for responsible artificial intelligence.

Silke is a leadership coach, sales and brand strategist, and systemic consultant. She strengthens FemAI’s public presence as a Responsible AI brand – through sharp positioning, visibility strategies, and sparring at the leadership level.
Marian Gläser – Product Strategist & Validation Partner
Marian is CEO of Brighter AI, a specialist in privacy-compliant AI products and a first mover in applying GDPR in practice. He contributes technical depth, regulatory insight, and hands-on certification tool experience to the development of DORIS.
Ali Carl Gülermann – Founding Commercial Strategy Partner
Ali is an investor and seasoned company builder with over 25 startups founded. He brings deep expertise in sales, capital markets, and cybersecurity. Ali has been involved with FemAI from the beginning and is responsible for strategic narrative, go-to-market development, and capital positioning.
